If your cup arrives damaged, please file a claim with the mail carrier to receive reimbursement.

Please Note:

• The presence of air bubbles within the cup may occur naturally as a result of the shipping process. These bubbles are considered a normal aspect of shipping and handling and will not be replaced.
• When you receive your snow globe cup, give it a good shake! The glitter/contents will settle during transit. This is a normal process.
